The bluezone just got a little more deadly for the Global Invitational. Players will have to move faster to stay within the limits of the blue circle, or they will suffer much more damage compared to a normal match.
The amount of damage will be doubled starting from the very first phase: what was .4% (damage per tick) will now be .6% and so on each phase.
To avoid this, speed and efficiency will be the most important factors from the very beginning.
Players will have ten minutes at the first phase to gather supplies, find a tactical position and safety before the bluezone constricts. The next phases will be shortened significantly less: only 2 minutes for the 2nd and 3rd phase. The 4th will have 3 minutes, 2 minutes for the 5th and 6th, 1.5 for 7’th, 1 for the 8’th and only 80 seconds for the 9th and last.
